Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor — The sponsor is TNTvans (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

2. Eligibility — Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period — The giveaway begins September 1, 2026, when the official giveaway post is published, and ends September 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter — During the promotion period: (a) follow @tnt.vans on Instagram or Facebook, and (b) tag three different friends in one comment on the official giveaway post on that platform. The tagged accounts must be real personal accounts. Limit one standard entry per person, regardless of platform.

5. Optional Bonus Entry — An eligible entrant may receive one additional entry by sharing the official giveaway post to an Instagram Story and tagging @tnt.vans during the promotion period. Entrants with private accounts must send @tnt.vans a screenshot before the promotion ends. Maximum two entries per person total.

6. No Purchase Necessary — No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

7. Prize — One winner will receive one TNTvans SUV Drawer in a size selected by the winner, subject to available models and sizes, with an approximate retail value of up to $685. Standard shipping to one address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. is included. Installation, vehicle modifications, accessories not expressly included, and all other costs are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is not transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be substituted by the winner.

8. Winner Selection and Odds — Sponsor will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries during an Instagram Live broadcast scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor may draw alternates if the selected entrant is ineligible or does not respond.

9. Winner Verification — The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of Sponsor’s first notification and may be required to provide proof of age, residence, identity, and compliance with these rules. Sponsor will contact the winner only from @tnt.vans. Sponsor will never require payment, shipping fees, bank credentials, or credit-card information to claim the prize.

10. Publicity and Content — Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize permits Sponsor to announce the winner’s name and social handle. Any later use of the winner’s photos, videos, review, or testimonial for marketing requires separate permission and any legally required disclosure.

11. General Conditions — Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these rules. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the promotion, and may select a winner from eligible entries received before that action.

12. Release and Platform Disclaimer — By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and Facebook from claims arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Facebook.

13. Privacy — Information collected for entry verification and prize fulfillment will be used to administer the giveaway and fulfill the prize, and handled according to Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

14. Winner List — After verification, the winner will be announced on @tnt.vans. For a written winner confirmation, contact Sponsor through the TNTvans website within 60 days after the drawing.
