How do I mount my TNTvans camper van furniture inside my van?
Each TNTvans unit is engineered with multiple mounting locations, giving you the flexibility to work around your van's floor and wall layout.
Every unit includes the hardware needed for installation. You can choose between:
- Plus Nuts for mounting directly to the factory metal floor.
- Wood Inserts for vans with a plywood subfloor.
Once the anchors are installed, each unit bolts into place in just a few minutes.
If you prefer, you can also bolt directly through the floor instead of using anchors. Additional installation kits and hardware are available if you ever want to change your mounting method.
Can I mount TNTvans furniture using L-Track, T-Track, or Unistrut?
Yes.
The aluminum frame on every TNTvans unit features continuous T-slot channels that make mounting extremely flexible. If your van already has L-Track, Unistrut, or another track system installed, simply position your furniture where you want it and attach it using the appropriate brackets.
This allows you to customize your installation without modifying the furniture.
Can I move the furniture later if I change my layout?
Absolutely.
One of the biggest advantages of the TNTvans modular system is that it can easily be rearranged. Simply install additional anchors in the new location and move your furniture whenever your needs change.
Additional installation hardware is always available if needed.
Can I transfer my TNTvans interior to another van?
Yes.
Every unit unbolts individually, allowing you to remove your entire interior and reinstall it in another compatible van. Most customers can transfer their furniture in a single day.
How much weight can the bed support?
The TNTvans Bed System is designed to safely support multiple adults.
During testing, the system successfully supported a family of four with a combined weight of approximately 600 lbs.
How long does assembly take?
Most furniture units assemble in under one hour.
The Sink System is the most complex product and typically takes up to two hours to assemble.
How long does installation take?
Installing the floor anchors for a complete van conversion typically takes around three hours.
Once the anchors are installed, the entire interior can usually be installed in less than one hour.

What makes TNTvans furniture so strong?
Unlike many camper van interiors that rely on wood screws for structural strength, TNTvans furniture is built using a heavy-duty aluminum framework with redundant bracing.
There are no structural wood joints or wood screws supporting the frame. Each unit is also engineered to bolt to adjacent units, creating an exceptionally rigid interior that performs well on rough roads.
Do you make cushions?
No.
I use CustomCushions.com for my personal van.
You can order cushions directly through their website.
Where can I see a demo van?
Our demo van is located in St. George, Utah.
Visits are available by appointment.
Do you offer installation?
Yes.

Can I purchase individual pieces instead of a complete kit?
Yes.
Every component is sold individually, allowing you to build your camper van at your own pace or expand your setup over time.
How easy is it to remove the furniture?
Very easy.
Once your floor anchors are installed, each unit can be unbolted and removed in just a few minutes.
This makes cleaning, maintenance, vehicle servicing, or changing layouts simple.
How much does the furniture weigh?
Most individual units weigh between 15 and 40 lbs.
The heaviest individual unit is the 51-inch Wheel Well Shelving, which weighs approximately 40 lbs.
A typical complete TNTvans camper van interior weighs under 200 lbs., making it significantly lighter than many traditional wood conversions.
Can I install a TNTvans kit myself?
Yes.
Every product includes detailed step-by-step instructions with full-color photos.

How is my order shipped?
All TNTvans products ship in easy-to-handle UPS boxes.
We do not ship on pallets. Every product is designed to pack efficiently, making delivery and handling much easier.
Which vans are compatible with TNTvans products?
TNTvans offers modular furniture designed specifically for popular camper vans, including the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, and Ram ProMaster. Product pages list the compatible wheelbases and model years for each product.
Can I add more furniture later?
Yes.
Our modular design allows you to start with a few pieces and expand your interior whenever you're ready. Every product is designed to integrate with the rest of the TNTvans system.
Do I have to drill holes in my van?
In most installations, yes.
Installing floor anchors requires drilling holes for Plus Nuts or Wood Inserts. Once installed, your furniture can be removed and reinstalled repeatedly without drilling additional holes.
Can I sleep on the bed every night?
Absolutely.
Our bed systems are designed for full-time van life as well as weekend camping. The aluminum frame provides excellent strength while remaining lightweight.
Is the furniture made in the USA?
Yes.
TNTvans products are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA using high-quality aluminum and premium Baltic Birch plywood.
What finish is used on the wood?
Our Baltic Birch plywood is finished with a durable commercial-grade coating that is designed to withstand everyday camping use while maintaining its appearance.
Can I build my van one piece at a time?
Yes.
Many customers begin with a bed or wheel well cabinet and gradually add shelving, benches, kitchen components, and storage accessories as their budget and needs grow.
Do your products squeak or rattle while driving?
The aluminum frame and bolted construction create an extremely rigid system designed to minimize movement and rattles. Proper installation and tightening of all hardware are important for the best performance.
What if I need help after my purchase?
