Cancelled Orders, Return, & Refund Policies

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped, however, THERE IS A 3.5% CANCELLATION FEE. This is to cover the non-refundable Shopify bank fees that get charged to me immediately when a customer checks out on tnt-vans.com.

If shipped, our return policy applies.

All orders that have reached shipping and receiving will be considered shipped.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the time the package has been delivered.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. THE PLACING OF AN ORDER CONSTITUTES YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF OUR RETURN POLICY. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered their services.

Returns must be pre-authorized by TNTvans. All returns must be returned in like-new condition.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers may also be charged for missing or incomplete items.

Shipping in either direction is non-refundable. We are not responsible for international shipping tax, duty, or brokerage fees; these fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:

All refunds can take 5-7 business days for the transfer of funds. All credit card payments will be refunded to the original card provided.

Wrong Order/Missing Product:

If any items manufactured by TNTvans are missing from your order, TNTvans will replace these items free of charge for a duration of 30 days from the day your items have been delivered.

Damaged Products:

While we do our best to ensure your order is properly packaged before it leaves our facility, on occasion products may get damaged, whether it’s during the transport process, a mishandled box, or a delivery driver having a bad day. If this happens please reach out to us via our contact us page as soon as possible. Then follow these steps:

IF the package has been delivered while you were not present, and you discover that the package has been delivered damaged, TAKE PICTURES OF ALL SIDES OF THE BOX before opening it. After opening it TAKE PICTURES OF THE PACKING MATERIAL. Next contact us via our email or contact us form with the pictures attached right away to explain that the package has been delivered damaged.

We will then start a UPS Claim so that they can issue a refund for the damaged product. Take note that this process can take some time.

We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used/installed. 

Please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact us within 72 hours. If the product is damaged during shipment we will need photo documentation of the packaging and then we’ll start the UPS Claim.

Lost Package:

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items once there is a delivery or attempted delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of our shipping provider to get the item to your designated address. Once that is complete, you are responsible for your package. 

Warranties:

All warranties necessitate the consumer to assume responsibility for shipping expenses, encompassing the associated costs of carrier services facilitated by UPS or USPS.

Warranties will require the consumer to send in pictures and/or videos of the product in question along with the original order number for the team to diagnose the issue and determine a resolution.

Product warranties are non-transferrable from the original purchaser.
