TNTvans Rear SUV Cargo Deck

The TNTvans Rear SUV Cargo Deck is a lightweight, strong, and versatile addition to your SUV storage system. Each Deck sold individually. It is available in any of the standard sizes offered with our current SUV drawer models, making it easy to pair with an existing TNTvans drawer.

The deck uses our lightweight aluminum framework and ships flat-packed. Assembly is simple and takes just a few minutes with basic hand tools. We use the smallest, strongest aluminum framework possible to maximize strength without wasting valuable cargo space in the back of your SUV.

The Rear Cargo Deck is fully compatible with TNTvans SUV Drawers and can be bolted to an adjacent drawer or stacked directly on top of one, allowing you to build the storage configuration that works best for your vehicle.

Each deck includes an installation kit and mounts using the same system as our SUV drawers. Turnbuckles and straps are provided to secure the deck to your vehicle's factory cargo attachment points.

The top is made from durable 1/2" birch plywood and is strong enough to support over 500 lbs. It also provides a solid mounting surface for accessories such as cooler slides, refrigerators, storage boxes, recovery gear, and other equipment.

What's Included

The SUV Drawer consists of 1 Cargo Locking Drawer DIY Kit, and Installation Kit: 2 Turnbuckles, 4 Cam Buckle straps, and 4 D-rings that can mount along the Drawer frame. The product arrives as a kit and needs to be assembled.

Material Information

  • Our proprietary 6063 aluminum framework is engineered to be strong and lightweight.
  • The USA made cabinet grade Baltic Birch plywood features a clear, thick semi-gloss epoxy acrylate finish and a four coat ultra violet coating for extra durability. SEFA 8.0 certified.

These drawers are manufactured and assembled by hand so there may be some imperfections but it will not affect functionality.

Cargo mats can block D-ring and attachment points so it may necessary to work around them.

Options

  • Open Top Sliding Basket

    You can bolt this heavy duty sliding basket to the top of your drawer. With 156 lbs. of weight capacity, you can easily store taller items that might not fit into your drawer and utilize the T-track to strap down all your cargo.

  • Cargo Net

    Each TNTvans Drawer kit is framed with T-track to give the user flexible mounting positions for D-rings or eyelets. The optional cargo net can be attached to the top and adjusted to fit your cargo needs.

  • Cargo Platform / Deck

    Many customers want just the top of the drawer cabinet to create a shelf across the back of their SUV. You can put one next to a drawer or even two next to each other to have a full width deck.

Installation: The entire frame features integrated T-track, giving you endless mounting points for tie-down hardware. Installation is straightforward: connect one end of the included straps or turnbuckles to your vehicle’s factory mounting locations, and the other end to the provided D-rings, which can be positioned anywhere along the T-track. Common attachment points may include third-row seat mounts or factory cargo D-rings. Every vehicle is a bit different, so be sure to identify your tie-down locations before ordering.

Plan Your Setup: Because some SUV rear doors taper inward, be sure to confirm your vertical clearance before stacking drawers.
